HUNTER, J. The defendant, William C. Gatewood, was convicted by a jury of robbery, a class A felony, Inc. Code § 35-42-5-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.) and attempted robbery, a class C felony, Ind. Code § 35-41-5-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.); Ind. Code § 35-42-5-1, supra. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of forty years and eight years in the Indiana Department of Correction.
